The Superintendent not only seeks to optimize the ship's condition by identifying and taking action on the operating conditions and maintenance history of the ship during each voyage through the centralized radiation system, but also checks the ship's condition through safety calls before critical operations during the ship's operation, and monitors dynamic factors. For management purposes, we regularly listen to the difficulties of maritime employees, understand their work attitudes, and report back to the relevant departments.
